Shipping & Returns
DOMESTIC (NEW ZEALAND)
All shipping is overnight couriered and tracked. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number when your parcel is picked up.
You should however allow 1-4 working days as unfortunately we cannot control the speed of delivery once we have handed over the order.
We ship using NZ Post
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping is couriered and tracked via New Zealand Post. We do provide shipping to all countries in which New Zealand post deliver to. Shipping usually takes a bit longer than domestic due to it's nature, we are working on improving this.
RETURNS
Should you receive a garment which you no longer wish to keep we do offer full refunds however shipping is at the customers own expense.
Change of size decision is also shipped back to HQ at customers expense, however we do re-dispatch for free.

All returns must be in original packaging and unworn, returning a damaged garment will result in a cancel of the exchange. We will contact you back via email to confirm this process is complete and ready for dispatch.
If for some reason you receive the wrong item, please contact us on hello@138.co.nz and we will email you a return label. You can simply print off this label and book a courier online via the NZ Post website, where a courier will pick it up from your front door at our expense.
